It is all very confusing is it not?
Stuck in a CR to ensure the financial viablity, while promoting new products at a trade show, while the sats unwind and no new ones going up.
Evidence of a 2c/share CR that in not apparent to the market (as in no announcement). One would think if the shares had actually been offered as shown on the Fresh Equities posts, then the ASX would have had to have been notified. No evidence from KSS that they are waware of the FE scenario it seems.
Maybe some sneaky person SS is offering their own shares up through FE - doing a sort of stock split of their by creating some secondary financial instrument.
There is going to be some very interesting reading coming up once they finally divulge.
