That is not what is proposed.. ....... yet this is all they have proposed bacci. this is what is stated clearly in the Explanatory Memorandum that accompanies the referendum question to assist any judges to assess the conflicts that might crop up.
you extend the scope of the remit way beyond reason bacci. taxation affects everyone the same as does defence. theres no distinction between first Aussies and non-Aboriginal Aussies under taxation.
if there is to be a reasoned discussion the memes and confected issues such as this need to be dumped in the bin. they are furphies designed for propaganda purposes.
"All Australians should be equal" and today many first busses aren't "equal", they are diminished and overlooked, neglected and left to self-destruction, similar to those non-Aboriginal people who are in similar circumstances, but vastly more difficult and intractable.
its this latter cohort that needs special attention and which the Voice will focus on in their initial "representations" - not advice.
