I just saw this being released today on x64action. Ryan Welker and part of his proposed BOD visited the Co-o mine in early May and were able to confirm some allegations.

Many weeks have passed since the beginning of the suspension and we are none the wiser about what actually happened. With 4 weeks remaining until EGM date and no official company news to date, I am currently contemplating Vitrinite's proposal because it is paramount that a good relationship with the personnel on site is essential for our success.

Nevertheless, I'd love to read a statement from our current board regarding the situation we find ourselves in and how they are planning on dealing with the current challenges. Let's hope we get some news soon.
