Ann: OSM: Osmond to Acquire U.S. Lithium-Borate Project, page-16

I am puzzled why our company did not make an announcement explaining to 5EA shareholders the terms and the benefits of the deal. The announcement was issued by Osmond Resources, a sub $8 million company and we have current market cap of $234 million. The announcement could also have addressed the role that Anthony Hall may have played in the deal (former acting CEO of 5EA and strategic advisor to OSM), and why. It has previously been noted that he has had significant roles but seems to be in the shadows, somewhat. I'm not a conspiracy theorist (and not suggesting there is anything underhand) but do put a lot of store in transparency and good corporate governance.
