Claiming to be raped and the jury told she said no on about 6 occasions and cried during the whole nightmare ... female security guard takes a look at her shortly after and later tells ABC she looked
A: in distress?
B: like she had been crying, her makeup smudged?
C: not in distress?
I don't believe I've ever said Higgins wasn't raped ... but I've sure as hell pointed out some very basic elements to this story that don't scream to the evidence based system there was a horror that occurred.
