I know it feels like a kick in the guts but I am also looking at it from a more optimistic perspective. Lets say the application has been reviewed and requires one further piece of information. Upon receipt of that information rather than going back and reviewing the entire application NOPTA may only need to review the further information they required meaning that whilst there is a further delay now it may facilitate a speedy progression once BPH gives them what they need. Lets hope so anyway
