I dont know where this "its been difficult to get trial participants" rhetoric comes from, as it hasnt come from management.

IIH is a condition that will have many participants wanting to desperately try anything, as the symptoms are so intense. This rhetoric that its difficult to recruit for a condition like this seems to have spawned from nervous shareholders who dont actually understand the condition.
