In what timeframe are you expecting?
You wouldnt want to wait 50 - 60 years. Its been 20 years and prices are still 60-70% down from the peak!
If it can happen to the world's 2nd largest economy then theres merit in saying that this sort of deleveraging can be applied anywhere.
