Delisting seems unlikely in my view even if they did get the 75% as it would make it hard to aquire the remaining 15% needed for full take over. Seems to me like they are simply trying to bait as many people in as possible to sell at $1.89 knowing full well that it is a great deal at that price. Personally I am happy with the way things are playing out so far and intend to hang in for the long term.
