So Directors shower themselves with performance shares and related party payments whilst the company trades at lows. Tell me how that's an equitable relationship between management & shareholders? I'm voting against Freeman in particular as a Director when his term comes up again. I'd implore others to do so as well- it might make the other Directors wake up & start treating shareholders as the people they work for rather than those that fund their lifestyle. For the life of me I have no idea what Freeman brings as a 'Finance Director' when we have a full time CFO.
Time and gain I see companies with good assets/potential projects that don't get traction due to management ineptitude in being able to execute a business plan both on budget & importantly to a timeline. Enough of teflon tonsiled smooth talking presentations. Just deliver
