If there is an announcement that is able to boast the SP, why not make it before raising and mitigate dilution?
If he raises at this level it is because he isn't confident this would go higher. There is no such announcement coming.
He knows what's in the DFS and when it will be released ... and yet he raises before. What does that tell you?
No need to participate in the SPP, I believe this is going a lot lower than $1.05.
Don't think for a moment the $1.05 raise price is a floor. Generally speaking, there is very little confidence that this team can deliver. JP had a lot of credit a year o two ago but he has lost it all with rookie moves and missed deadlines. His communication is abysmal.
Hopefully I am wrong.
