Yeah nah. I need to call out a couple of your statements:

I pointed out that flippantly throwing around the term "intellectually property" is entirely misleading, and it remains so. Pablo didn't "choose" not to patent the IP, it was patented by his employer FMC, so they (now Livent) hold the patent (at least until it expires anyway).
