Rob, is Puna paying royalties to Livent to use their IP in their patent? To my knowledge it doesn’t appear so. Livent owns the IP because Pablo was an employee at the time but it would appear he was the person with the smarts to actually develop their process. Now Pablo isn’t a employee of Livent it is more probable that he has developed his own process but has not patented it. I think that is a reasonable assertion. Either way I think we can all recognise he has an enormous amount of ability that is worth considerable $ in the marketplace.
