detailed announcement can be made. Directors owe a fiduciary duty to many parties for any statements they make on company developments. They cant state categorically that a listing will be in place by a fixed date.

Geoff Hill was a founding director of the Company,
serving from 1989 to 30 June 2014. He re-joined the
Board on 27 August 2015. Geoff is a merchant banker
based in Hong Kong, with experience in mergers
and capital raising and has acted for a wide range of
corporate clients in Australia and overseas, particularly
in the resources sector. He is Chairman of the
International Pacific Securities Group and Chairman of
ASX listed company Pacific American Holdings Limited.
