Technically, the business has delivered, and I expect the same for Conneqt Band.

The EGM will be called soon, I'm guessing by the end of the month.
This will mean we have SEC clearance for an IPO US Listing.
Communication of all that is Conneqt Pulse ( Contracts. manufacturing / launch timing, marketing activity etc ) will then start in earnest.

We have just invested in sponsoring a medical conference in Florida, we have hired more key roles throughout the organisation, we have just commissioned a 2,000 patient longitudinal study. It is illegal to trade while insolvent. We were told an extra $2M from the first 40% of funds from the recent clinical trial win would come in this quarter& that we were in negotiation to extend loans around R&D rebates and other mechanisms. I would suggest that we have achieved the funding to see us through to the "imminent" IPO ...

Until the EGM is announced and all that is "capital related" is revealed in detail, nervous retail holders will continue to give away their shares, ignoring the value that has been added over the last 5 years.

Go figure.
