SBM board puprposely corner the shareholders. Yes they have been determined to take the Giant Massive Dik. The insiders knew this, hence sold out post new SLR offer.
Now they admitted they received proposal from SLR in mid-2022, have they ever advised the shareholders on this regard? Nope. They just left it to the insiders.
Who is legally able to rule whether fiduciary duty is met? The board don't have the right to self-claim it's fullfilled.
I have voted NO to the GMD sale.
