Both Chairman/Acting CEO and former Executive Director (now NED) buying within days of each other... Pretty strong signal to me. Definitely something is up.
They must be close to resolving their issues with initiating the Phase 1 study. This is a very promising drug. Shame they had some (probably somewhat self-induced) hiccups along the way.
Once there's an indication Phase 1 can be initiated, this will rocket back to 20c+ in a blink!
