Not really interested on what basis or when you make your investment decisions..
When I make investments some are short term, others medium term and a number of long term(5+yrs)eg TLS, BHP, RIO and the banks..
On this NBN subject I have made a life time decision not to ever again invest in anything that any Government decides to sell..
What you do, rightly or wrongly, is your business..
