i too understand that to list on the Nasdaq the share value has to be a minimum $1 Usd. So does that mean we need to consolidate our soi and then split them between the exchanges or do they issue new shares for the listing which would dilute ours? Just a thought i had today, maybe someone more clued up than me has some thoughts on the matter as its over my head.
