Nothing, just being realistic. I know for a fact FDA delay PDUFA's all the time, and seeing as mid cycle review is late, its more of a possibility than if mid cycle review was on time. I also agree on the statement if positive it could move forward. I dont think it moves forward if its negative as MSB should be given time within the 6 month window to respond.
