Unfortunately you're mistaken about the Sheba dosing.
Both Sheba trials were designed before the COH FTO discovery was published. Sheba 2 wasn't redesigned.
The only trial dosing for FTO and not at traditional chemo levels is the second arm of our EMD AML trial. But so far zero patients dosed in either arm, and zero new sites opened.
