As a minimum a suppressed share price limits financing options, when a CR is done, or shares issued to a new partner more shares are issued at a lower price.
This will impact you later, when earnings per share are calculated etc etc.
With 8.4billion shares on issue that is a consideration. even with a 10:1 consolidation the effect of issuing more shares when the prices were suppressed will still have an impact.
The short selling for SYA has been going on for too long and IMO has over done it.
