Raising capital is currently very difficult for small companies with high cash burn. We all know TTT will have to raise capital later this year. They'll have to offer a huge discount to attract either a big investor/institution or offer a rights issue to current beaten up shareholders... worse still, if they can't raise capital it could simply become insolvent and go broke - which has happened recently to other ASX listed companies. No wonder the share price is falling through the floor
