Hi LT. I am sure that you are correct that Acadia and the Baker Boys are running the ruler over Neu.
it makes perfect sense. Even after a capital raising it would be a sizeable bite to take over NEU outright. Would you see that the offer would thus need to be a share and cash offer?
What sort of structure do you envisage? 1 Acad for 1 Neuren plus USD 10?
