Management didn't announce any of those deliberations. What they announced was "We have agreed to initiate an upgrade to our US OTCQB listing and to make an immediate application to list on NASDAQ, ideally before calendar year end."
I'm still wondering, with whom did they have to agree? With each other? Was their a dissent?
