I appreciate the continued focus on ESG, but the primary responsibility of a corporation is to the shareholders, and there really needs to be more clarity around next steps and strategy (and if / how that has changed given the botched announcement of the mining code), more decisive actions by the board.

The mining code was announced more than a month ago, and there has been very little in the way of substance from the board.

The "investor updates" on the site are a welcome insight, but the lack of progress and ASX announcements is a source of frustration for many.

I think the end of year timeline is both an acknowledgement of how little they know, and a strategy designed to under promise ("it'll be end of year") and over deliver ("SURPRISE!!!").
I like to try and understand the nuance in language here.

"...we will be able to review the business modelS we will use".

"Models" is a plural, which means they will have more than one, which will hopefully (likely) mean that the more you have (we have it all), the better the deal is for you (us).

I will admit I am not going to hold my breath or have high expectations here, I had originally had those with the announcement of the National Lithium Policy, and that couldn't have gone any worse give what we were lead to expect by the company.

We know Pacheco has a panache for being greedy, so let's see what happens.

"...end of May" is a week away with next Wednesday being the 31st. I think this timeline should be mostly upheld, the court cases were run and executed on a pretty disciplined schedule.

"In the second semester the hydrogeological models will begin". My concern here is if we need to / choose to wait for Codelco before we make a move, we now become holden to their processes and timelines.

"Those who will be able to have operations in the Maricunga salt flat are those who have mining belongings prior to 1979". I do not know enough here, but what "pre 1979 belongings" do SQM and Albemarle have in the Maricunga? Although this seems somewhat nullified by the last point.
