The bit I caught was argument over Tedschi introducing a survey showing what appears to be very low conviction rates from ACT sex assault allegations.
A number of counsel lead by the Chair immediately challenged the survey and its vagueness on what the figures actually represented. No one seemed to know. It was weird. So I went to lunch.
Yet the link above plus the Guardian latched onto the survey, without mentioning it was contested, so I guess the Chair eventually allowed it to be used.
