I think we have to agree to disagree Dan.

My last comment is this: If management believe that the Company is going that well and the share price is way under-valued - why then do they place an order under the going share price? How is that showing confidence to shareholders? They obviously don't think the share price will increase in the short to medium term.

Surely they would or should have a share price range to buy back rather than propping up the share price and wait for sellers to come in to the market?

In my opinion everything that management is doing is having a negative impact on the share price.

1. Not one Director is buying shares on-market.
2. All of the Director's took out a loan from shareholder funds to pay out their options - and they are yet to pay any of the loan back.
3. They require sellers to be able to buy-back the shares.
4. They won't drill any more wells while the POI is at its current range despite them saying that they still make good margin's at that price range.
5. We're yet to see the third pillar being put into play.
6. The promise of 20 wells within 5 years is not looking good at all.

They are my reasons why the share price is where it is.
