Disappointment is fair enough, however cappers most definitely appear on news releases to halt any progress.
Start of the week we only had 6 million on the sell side, today we have almost 12 million but only 5 million volume.
If sellers want out they usually sell, not adjust their orders up or down on the sell queue to avoid getting hit.
