Can anyone tell me how many directors are left?

Public companies require min of 3 in order to be functional and comply with Corps Act.

I doubt administrator can remove or appoint any director, this is only done by current directors(appoint) or shareholders(remove).

At all times the company must comply with the Corps Act this covers directors, meetings etc., even when it is in admin.

If the administrator had the power to do what he liked then no need to call a shareholder meeting, you guys (& gals) are still required to ensure the constitution of the company is complied with in any director appointment or share issue resolution, so don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
