Not sure who you are referring to wrt some ramp team, but the price will fall because there are enough people (on a low liquidity stock) that want to sell and repurchase at the SPP price.

It may fall below 8c, but seems unlikely unless you have someone like Regal who seemingly have no understanding of liquidity and volumes in small cap companies.

At the end of the day, there are many factors that go into running a business and also a lot of factors that go into investing.....if you have worked out either of those, then I suspect that you would not be busy posting comments on HC making predictions and/or calling people fools
