would we be a play for them?? $2.5bn mkt cap, 456m SOI, DeGrussa practically depleted - a simple 4:1 (~$1.32 p/s bid - lowball of course) will get them to the table, upped to 3:1 ~ $1.80 p/s full scrip offer would make them a powerhouse.....? 3:1 would only move their register by ~150m extra shares....
if you ask me, we must be a sitting duck at these levels.....we've dropped over $1bn since listing for the sake of $80m in remediation costs (ex-insurance!!)- go figure!
