I doubt any litigation will make a difference. To my understanding, the CBD tried to appeal the final permit for LAC and the appeal was thrown out quickly.
Donnelly will do what he does best and litigate, however my view is that post NOI & NEAPA process, it will have little impact to timing.
Critical mineral supply is now a much larger issue than the plant which is already being protected by Ioneer.
Timing may be delayed but it won’t be because of litigation.
Donnelly has most probably accepted the mine will proceed, however he will still push for best possible outcome.
I have no doubt INR are doing all the right things to ensure the various government bodies are satisfied with how they are moving forward.
