Am I the only one not fazed by this? Successful companies long term have to grow and that can be done either by debt or dilution. Sayona is on a long journey and is aiming to be a major player down the line. I personally prefer the no debt approach but if we want to expedite the company’s growth then sooner rather than later I say. In this market first mover advantage is key. You can’t stand still and this is what the BOD recognise. I sympathise with those who got in recently after a fast buck but this is a GROWTH stock aiming to be playing with the big boys. To grow you need to spend. LTH recognise this. Short termers don’t. I have been in 2017 and seen the company grow handsomely and endured the pain of the lithium crash of 2018-2020. You get used to the roller coaster. But I have a buffer of a relatively low buy-in price and don’t need to sell.Remember the capital raises at 14.5c for Moblan? Everyone was livid at the stagnating SP. Now it is the jewel in the crown. The same will be said for this CR down the line whether it is for Moblan or NAL carbonate plans, which will generate big money for SYA.. But I have the mindset of a LTH and can wait. I’m sure GTI3, Split, Tintam Whisky et Al will agree!
