kids of lesbian parents do better than peers, page-49

I guess part of my post was to try and say WHAT IS A NORMAL FAMILY THESE DAYS?

Sure, kids of gay parents MAY get picked on - but any more than the ginger kids?, or the little shy kid?, or the really tall chick?, or the kid with a big fat mum? ... need I go on ???

Focussing on what a 'normal' family should comprise these days is rediculous - whats normal? Single parent? older parents, some 70 year old dude with a 20 year old missus, spending half the week with mum and her new husband with his 3 kids and the other half with dad and his mates? spending every afternoon in after school care?....

Seriously - normal?? as the husband of a primary school teacher I reckon maybe 10% of the kids my missus teaches would fall happily into the '2 married parents with a couple of kids' family. The rest are all over the shop!

Society isn't 2 parents and 2 kids in one house anymore.

Some may say that gay parents are more 'normal' than some of the others - especially if the offer some type of stability
