Maybe I am missing something that others are seeing. I have worked in petrochemical facilities all my life and have a pretty good understanding.
it is very common to have a complex where one facility creates a feed input for another. This could be in the form of product, heat, steam, water etc.
to me, it looks like an oil product will be supplied to taqat, taqat will build a facility on the refinery plot that uses CLG tech under license to make needle coke. This will then leave the refinery plot to the taqat anode (NVX JV) facility as a solid (needle coke) and be process into anode material.
Sy8 and Burty what are you seeing that I am not?
