    - Largest shareholder to provide funding up to @$300m usd subject to successful pilot plant program by end of calendar 23. $5m usd received.
    - 3moz @ 1.4g sulphide gold field. Extrapolation target 9moz with MRE update within the qtr.
    - current EV/resource @ circa $30/oz
