Jhird, thanks for taking the time and effort to give us your thoughts and observations on ADO.
I have accumulated (and held continuosly) this stock for longer than anyone (I suspect) through all of its incarnations SSH, BLS and now ADO, for some 11 years.
I have read and reread, any and all information I can find over this time, and think I have a great emotional insight into the company but am rather niave at the technical side, and so appreciate your very insightful and lengthy report.
There have been many conspiricy theorists lately, questioning this companies credibility in relation to insider trading, and must say that I have never seen anything that has given rise to questioning the companies integrity in my time holding.
If you look back at most price sensitive ADO announcements (especially of late) you will often notice a decline in the share price just before a decent announcement, with the modest exception of the Bangs initial announcement where I think a few hundred thousand shares traded at above the preceeding weeks price the day before it came out.
They dont come out at regular intervals and announce every little detail of negotiations (as seen with OBJ as an example)and dont constantly puff the price up artificially.
Most of their quality information is held within their quarterly or annual reports. You just need to look with inquisitive eyes like you have done.

The other issue to watch for with this company is that over the years they have reported on the sale of similar medico companies and their relative sale price to turnover achieved, which IMHO tells me they have one eye loosely watching for potential buyers and are concentrating on getting turnover up rather than worrying about the daily share prices.
