When WBT joined the ASX why did they do a backdoor listing through a mining company , why didn't they just start a new company with a ipo on the ASX like everyone else
The backdoor listings don't have a good record at all , and haven't the ASX closed the loop hole because of this , just been wondering whether this is wat the shorters are also thinking , even though the management are 1st class , thanks in advance
