this keeps coming up in many posts, notice that it doesn’t say that tasers should not be used on 3 and 4 year olds
why not? probably because it’s fairly bloody obvious. So too should it be fairly bloody obvious not to use taser against a frail, 95 year old, 43 kg, woman in a walking frame in a nursing home
