It's about $1k per device and it is subsidised (not sure where you got your $10k figure from?). It is single use only which is great as it means there's solid recurring revenue and good visibility (thus high valuation multiples)
On top of that recent changes to CPT codes have actually resulted in canaloplasty (ie iTrack Advance) becoming more economical than alternatives. We're definitely launching at the right time
