They increase the formal offer price - I see no problem with that at all.
Or they wait until the formal offer expires. Then make an offer to GS for their shares and to the other holders depending on if they want more shares.
I had a financial interest in the outcome of the T/O at the time of the post as if it would have gone ahead it would have affected the value of my AUT shares.
Other than that I could care less what happens to ADI, its shareholders, or the management and the BOD's (Losing their jobs because of a bungled cap raising would be sweet irony though!!!)
Since when is ownership of a share a requirement to post?
If and when I buy AUT, ADI, or EKA I may have an interest at some point in the future.
I do plan on buying AUT again when the situation regarding a possible cap raising is clearer........
