Shareholders will vote in the US$10m BMCG facility of 12th June and it will be drawn upon by end of June. Likely another shares issuance to them before end of May on the old deal.
Gemcorp will not be drawn on in May - no chance now. June, based on logistics, Legals and approvals alone, also now looks hugely unlikely.
