As youy said Morley:

AJA has no pressing financials ATM, other loans do not have LTV tests attached.

The main driver of the SP will be NTA valuation IMO.
We will find that in the final results due to be released 25 August, although there might be some indication how the company is performing on 18 June together with the distribution estimate.
