Ahh yes seems to have all the ingredients you want here. So the white oval is roughly the best IMO.
Re Cancet I was focused on looking east at Cancet , but now think in my simple way to that west is bit more interesting.
Of course yr looking for similar geological landscapes as they help determine timing, and so best chance of repeating mineralization deposits. So deformation events and structural development are just as important as geology.Add geophysics as well, so LCT pegmatites seem to favour something like structural ( emplacement)corridors’, and those respond to low EM values.
So here’s a regional fold feature ( big blue arrow) it continues to the east with increasing deformation into overturned folds heading into Cancet.Notice it cuts VC 2 , folds then can act as conduit for fluids.
Small straight blue arrow shows more VC 2 parallel to what you think is foliation.
Blue arrows also showing dykes listed as contemporary with VCS crystallisation.They’re also described as cutting through other units and being conduits into foliation, perhaps for Cancet? ( black arrow +dextral fault to dyke).
Overall, for CY5 where the regional fold in the white oval inflects down ,may be good spot.
