Any further uptake and agreements regardless of whom, is good for Morella at this point. They just need to get everything in order and break ground by the end of next year and they should catch the market at a good growth period. Anything longer than that I'd be not so optimistic about their ability to not miss the boat, stagnate and incur costs and puff out. I'm rooting for them greatly. Could be an awesome underdog turnaround story for the history books. I just wish Pilbara didn't backroom corrupt the negotiations with the banks and essentially poach their assets awhile back. That was devastating to so many investors, including me. If they make good choices, don't drag their feet and stick to reasonably aggressive timelines and they should literally dig themselves out of this. Let's go Morella! Keep executing!
