Thanks so much for this reply, appreciate your time. Are you hypothesising that the southern VC are the source and not the big north one, using the langelier as a pathway? For Cancet can potentially see a pathway from VC source along the regional fault along the bottom of the greenstone that carries along to the 1G pegmatites in Cancet. Or is that too obvious? But that is not where WR1 are drilling atm. Also if you open the VC page and click on the cancet link, it highlights WR1's red Cancet target as VC, but the VC shouldn't host the spod. A la Jamar is near the Adina VC, if you click on the Adina Link. (https://gq.mines.gouv.qc.ca/lexique-stratigraphique/province-du-superieur/suite-granitique-du-vieux-comptoir_en/) This sounds like a noob question, but could we expect to see the pathway using Sigeom? eg. if we find an i or s type granite and adjoining geology rich in the minerals as they drop out, eg feldspar/plagioclase/muscovite/biotite/garnet/tourmaline followed by beryl followed by tantalite to get to a spot with the goods (eg for a district scale deposit)?? I note sometimes I come across Beryl and my interest piques. Appreciate your time.
