I didnt bother to read all the fine print on the takeover but it was certainly portrayed as a 1 dart for 1 arrow and to now say it is 1 for 2 (and without any explanation) is either deliberately misleading or smacks of incompetence (maybe Shell is just pushing them around)
Have we still not received our experts report on the takeover recommendation
This whole scenario could end up being one for future text books for management on how not to handle a takeover offer
