I currently have between 20% and 25% in cash. However I am in my sixties. I have around 15 to 17% in SOL BKW but I think they will get to say 6 investment arms. I would prefer around 40% of the assets supplying a base dividend. I rate management of BKW better for what it is seeking to do. I think the modern green industrial parks are an asset for the future. I rate GMG as one of the best partners out there. However when I retire or maybe if I ever retire I will have to live off income and I trust the dividend stream here more than I do from other LIC's.

My waiting in SOL & BKW seems to increase every f/night... question your 16% combined weighting did you include your 22.5% in cash in the total.
