the options came 1:1 with the rights issue 1:3 at 40 cents 30 july 2009.

you should have received the EGM doc recently. all the info is in there.

understand your concern tho and a good question for those not following ine too closely.

my 'estimate' of nta fully diluted as of now is 69.35 cents.
